This project/Programme is based on Research basis, Donor is (JHU) John\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Hopkins University of America and consultant is (AKU) Agha Khan University Pakistan. Project Named- How to improve health and safety of brick kilns workers. I am giving service as Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) Specialist in 6 intervention districts of Division Hyderabad (District: Hyderabad,Umerkot,Mithi,Mirpur khas, Badin and Sanghar). Responsible to make Technical Feasibility and BOQ Installation of hand pumps with required Alternative lead pipe line for easily access safe and clean drinking water. Responsible to Mapping and select safe drinking communal watersources with the help of TDS and PH meter as per WASH and WHO Guidelines. Responsible to testing done collected water samples from PCRWR Lab Hyderabad. Provide fair cap domestic water filters to Community HHs, And give sessions and technical guidelines how to used and what is benefits of filters, How faircap filters are help to remove Biological contaminations from water and how to used this before drinking of water. Responsible to give sessions to all brick kilns labors regarding Safety as per OSH guidelines like how to work in hot and cold weather, How to used PPEs Personal protective Equipments like Hand gloves, Safety helmet safety shoes googles protective cloths etc..... Make BOQ and provide and installation/Making of shelters/Rest Areas for Brick kilns labors as per OSH Guidelines. SWRF-Shelter, Water, Rest Area and fan services are provide in all 35 brick kilns. Shelter- Single room kaccha/Pakka brick or hut make with bambos with standard size of OSHA (14`×15`) provided and for Fan with solar system and for water with cool and clean water cooler services are provided for each BK Labors. Daily weekly fortnightly and monthly reports are given to AKU regarding project interventions and their benfits on BK workers and their HHs members. Also provide services to NFE Non formal Education center to all Brick Kilns clusters for easily educated the childrens of Brick kilns workers and help to reduces child labor ratio. Total 7 NFE centers are established with Jika education system for childrens and adults education, 1 Male and 1 Female teachers are given services to NFE Centers. Responsible to meeting with government and private stakeholders specially with Labor Department and PHED.etc

Projects: To work (05 GBPS) Government Boys Primary Schools named Rajbani, Khuda dad chandio & Kallar of UC Mangwani,  Khuhra and Bandi of UC Khan Jo Goth Taluka Mehar District Dadu. Working on rehabilitation of construction work like Minor plastering work, Installation of solar plates with Ac and Dc Fans with proper solar fittings, Installation of Main Gate with proper finishing color also Installation of WC with P Trap and flash tank as per required in BOQ and Drawings. Also Installation of 1000 Liter Fiber water tank with complete plumbing work.
Job Responsibilities:
·         Working on flood affected areas Schools as per mentioned drawing and BOQ (Rehabilitation work).
·         Responsible to coordinate with ACTED Donor Engineers, Project Manager & Government Education Department and complete work done with in time line.
·         Responsible to working in all proposed Rehabilitation of school works in taluka Mehar District Dadu
·         Also responsible to complete handover and takeover process between SPARC and ACTED management with full protocols and complete reporting documents.
·         Responsible to Submit & handover all work details with proper report format to Taluka Education Officer , SMC Committee members , HM of Schools, Government rehabilitation department & ACTED Donor for proper verification and Audit.
·         Purchasing & procure all respective material  with proper channel through contractor and check material quality as per inspection of material form,&  using after approval from donors and Government Engineers.
·         Give technical supports and guidelines to vendor for smooth & easily work done as per direction by Government Education Department and Donor Engineers.

To work in all over sites in Dubai (Jumeirah Beach, Blue Water, Jumeirah Park, Palm Jumeirah, Zabeel, Sports City, Victory Height, Al-Qudra Parks & Expo Lake, Sharjah Park, Motor city, Damac Hills, The Villa, Al khail Gate, Sofitel Hotel, Oasis Manama Villa, Anantara Hotel, RGS School, Hayyat Park, Jumeirah Golf Estate, Nad-Al- Sheba, Little League, Dubai Investment Park etc…
•         To Ensure maintenance of gardening and plantation work done as per specifications
•         Designing and Construction of different road pathways in gardens.
•         Construction of Crazy Pathways and Kerb Stones and lying and finishing of Tuff Tiles/Paver Blocks.
•         Designing and Construction of small projects of Roads in different Villas.
•         Alignment and Construction of Gabion Wall/Retaining Wall in all Villas or roadways for making a good scenario also support to holding hilly areas.
•         Plantation of Washingtonia and Date Palm Trees and all kind of plants, Like Reullia, Agave, Penestium red & green, dum dum, also bushy plants to makes roads beautiful etc..
•         Supply Labors & Materials to client and consultant, Like natural red soil, plants, cement, black sand, tuff tiles, Kerb stones & all kind of plants for horticulture works.
•         To make Quotations, Invoices, Completion Certificates of all sites.
•         To make all employment salaries list & Account Estimation.
•         Visit all sites for managing & supervising of labors and work done as per given time schedule.
•         Coordination with client and consultant and responsible to complete work as per required time.
•         Construction work of water pools and used materials after DM Approval as per required checklist

working as a Wash officer in TRDP at district Jamshoro and Dadu.
Have a capacity to manage all wash component data on MIS etc.
Mosty WASH related works details are Mapping and testing of all commiunal water sources, chlorination of all tested communal biological contaminated water sources, designing and construction of hand pumps water tanks alternative water supply schemes and Rain water harveting ponds and also working on construction of latrines with septic tank for achive Open defication free villages goals and also celeberated World environment day, world food day, climate changing and world water day and cleaning campaign.etc..
•        Responsible for supervision, monitoring and quality control of day-to-day site activities.
•        Coordination with independent testing laboratory and site execution team for timely approvals of works from client and consultants. Ensure all inspections are done as per Inspection and Test Plan and that these are documented on pre-defined forms and check sheets.
•        Perform complete layout inspection by measuring co-ordinates, levels and dimensions such as, length, height and distance between reference points.
•        Close monitoring of needed tests on site and laboratory to ensure conformity of materials and works according to contract specifications.
•        Monitor on site and fresh concrete testing like concrete temperature, slump, cube casting and curing procedure of cubes at the site etc.
•        Coordination with local Government departments like Public Health Engineering Department, counsellors, PCRWR Lab, and other stack holders.
Mapping of all available communal water sources and testing of water parameters, PH, TDS, and Hardness, chemical & Biological contamination (E-coli & Total coliform) for ensuring of safe drinking water sources

Construction of Foundations, Internal roads, pipe layouts drainage pipe lines, culverts, bridges,precaust foundations,kerbs,normal blocks, internal and outer water storage tanks, soil backfilling, temporary and permanent fencing Project in Oil and Gas Industry United Energy Pakistan limited Tando Adam Sindh Pakistan.
•        Responsible for supervision of complete Infrastructures, Sewerage & water supply schemes, foundation and     . .  types of foundation, especially in Shallow, Pile Foundation and precast foundation as per design criteria.
•        To monitor & execute responsibilities according to the specifications, drawings & method statements.
•        To ensure the quality of tasks performed is in accordance with the approved specifications, drawings, method statements and material submitted.
•        To check the quality and safety on regular basis and to arrange safety meetings.
•        To perform the task related to Construction supervision, Site Inspection, Progress Monitoring for Civil works, Structural works also ensure quality controller and quality assurance of material as per required specifications and drawing.
•        To verify that the quality related to site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
•        To ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are of current status.
•        To study the project drawings.
•        To review the daily activity reports from the contractor and also to co-ordinate with client and Contractor.

Construction of ENTRANCE ROUNDABOUT, LANDSCAPING, FOUNTAIN, WATER BODIES, PLANTATION AND HORTICULTURE WORK).
•        Executing the project as per the specifications/requirements of the clients, & consultant’s requirements.
•        Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.
•        Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements and observance of safety requirements.
•        Proficient in supervising & controlling of site activities along with overall monitoring to expedite their safety providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancements.
•        Maintaining quality procedures manual and ensure the awareness of all employees with regards to the critically of quality and the adopted standards.
